We price from the slab itself, in person and at no charge. Cracks and any old coating get noted on the visit, and they shape the fixed price you get afterward.
Diamond Grind + Prep
Old sealer, paint, and the weak top skin of the slab come off under the diamond grinder. Cracks are opened up and repaired, and moisture is tested before we commit to a primer.
Prime + Base Coat
Primer matched to the slab’s porosity. Base coat rolled and back-rolled to spec thickness. Temperature and humidity re-verified before every pour.
Decorative Layer
This is the coat you’ll actually look at. Depending on the system, we broadcast flake or quartz, work metallic pigment by hand, or lay down a solid color.
