Honest reviews from project owners, shop owners, and property managers across DFW.
The prep work was night and day versus the quote I got from a one-day installer. They diamond-ground the slab, chased every crack, and pulled moisture readings before they quoted the product. The floor looks incredible two years in, no chipping, no yellowing.
The crew walked every inch of the shop, talked through product options with me, and didn’t try to up-sell to a more expensive system. They spec’d exactly what the space needed. Eighteen months of daily shop-floor use later, it still looks new.
Custom metallic pour for our basement bar. I’ve seen metallic floors that look muddy or busy; this one has depth and movement and every guest asks about it. Worth every dollar.
Schedule mattered for us because the warehouse can’t sit idle. They hit the dates they quoted, worked around our shift change, and handed the floor back with a cure plan that didn’t cost us a production day.
The quote walked through exactly what prep the slab needed and why, with photos of the cracks and the moisture readings. Nothing was hidden. When the final invoice matched the quote to the dollar, I knew we’d picked the right team.
How We Work
Walk the Job
Free 20-30 min on-site visit. We read the slab (age, cracks, moisture, prior coatings), talk through finish options, and quote a firm price — not a range, not a ‘starting at’ bait.
Diamond Grind + Prep
Mechanical grinding to the correct CSP profile. Crack chasing and mechanical repair (not cosmetic filler). Moisture testing. Ambient conditions logged. This is where coating life is determined.
Prime + Base Coat
Primer matched to the slab’s porosity. Base coat rolled and back-rolled to spec thickness. Temperature and humidity re-verified before every pour.
Decorative Layer
Flake broadcast, metallic pigment swirl, quartz broadcast, or color coat depending on your system. This is the visible finish — applied with time-tested technique, not on-site improvisation.
About Our Shop
Our shop exists because the lead installer fell in love with this craft doing live-edge tabletop resin work for a decade. Tabletop work teaches a kind of obsession about dust, temperature, and cure conditions that most floor contractors never develop — you can’t ship a $2,000 piece with a speck in the finish. When that obsession transfers to full-floor installs, the results speak for themselves. We don’t take on jobs we can’t do right, and we don’t sell systems clients don’t need.

We Have Answers
Serving Dallas, TX and surrounding areas. Call (972) 369-6302 for immediate help.
01What products do you use?
We use commercial-grade epoxy, polyaspartic, and polyurethane systems matched to each project’s use case. We do not buy the cheapest product that will win the bid — we buy the right product for the substrate, the traffic, and the finish you want. Product names and data sheets are shared in writing before every project.
02Can you do my garage in one day?
No. One-day installs skip diamond grinding, skip moisture testing, or cure under conditions that guarantee failure in 12-18 months. Most residential garages take us 3-4 days. That timeline is what separates a floor that lasts a decade from one that peels in a season.
03What is the best coating for my garage?
Depends on use case. For most family garages, a full-system flake epoxy gives the best durability-to-cost ratio and hides dust. For high-end aesthetics, metallic epoxy. For heavy chemical exposure (auto-shop, workshop), we spec a thicker build with chemical-resistant top coat. We recommend the right one for your space, not the most expensive one.
04How long does a proper epoxy floor last?
A professionally-installed, well-specified epoxy floor with proper prep typically lasts 10+ years in residential settings and 5-7 in high-traffic commercial. Poorly prepped ‘budget’ installs fail in 12-24 months. The visible coating is only as good as the invisible prep underneath.
05Do you warranty your work?
Yes. Every project ships with a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer’s product warranty. If something delaminates, cracks, or peels due to our work, we come back and make it right. We stand behind our prep because that’s where coating life is determined.
06Why shouldn’t I hire a one-day epoxy installer?
Because one-day installs skip the steps that make the floor last. No diamond grinding, no moisture testing, no crack repair, no temperature-controlled cure. You pay once for a floor that fails twice.
07What services do you offer?
Metallic epoxy, flake epoxy, quartz epoxy, solid-color epoxy, epoxy countertops, garage coatings, pool decks, and shower floors. Every service uses the same disciplined prep standard — the differences are the decorative and protective layers we spec on top.
08Can you repair a failing existing coating?
Sometimes. We grind the failing material back, moisture-mitigate the substrate, evaluate the crack pattern, and spec a compatible re-coat. Some slabs are recoverable; some need full demo. We tell you the honest answer on the walk-through.

Built to Last 10+ Years
Most epoxy fails before year two. Ours doesn’t. Here’s the difference in four points.
Diamond-Ground Prep
Mechanical grind to the correct CSP profile on every job. No skipped prep, no shortcuts. This is where 90% of failed epoxy floors die.
Moisture Testing First
Slab readings before product is spec’d. The wrong system on a wet slab peels in months. We test, we match the chemistry, then we pour.
3-4 Day Install, Proper Cures
No “1-day” rush jobs. Coatings need controlled cure windows to bond. We honor the chemistry, you get a floor that lasts a decade.
Fixed-Price, Written Warranty
Itemized quote upfront, no mid-job up-charges, written workmanship warranty on every install. The price you see is the price you pay.
Free on-site walk — moisture readings, slab profile, fixed-price scope in writing. Call (972) 369-6302 or book online.
